How to get a refund
If you are not satisfied with CareerNote for any reason, contact us at son@careernote.io within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund.
How refunds are processed
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
Digital content and your right of withdrawal
CareerNote delivers a digital file immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase and downloading your portfolio PDF, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that download. This does not affect the 30-day money-back guarantee described above.
